Check both addresses before moving day
Walk the route from the nearest legal stopping place to each front door. Note steps, narrow gates, communal corridors, lifts and tight stair turns. Send photos of anything that could slow a large item down.
On newer estates, check that the road is adopted and usable, construction traffic is not blocking the plot, and the van can turn without mounting soft verges. For central streets, look for loading restrictions and permit bays rather than assuming hazard lights are enough.
Make space for the van
